About Us
My media career began aged 13 as a papergirl, sparking a lifelong love of newspapers and the art of communication.
At 18 I was sponsored by my local paper, The Eastbourne Herald, to train as a journalist and later joined Sussex’s most successful press agency, Connors, supplying news and features to national newspapers and magazines. Regularly having work published in a wide range of publications including the Sunday Times, The Sun, The Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph, Take a Break and Chat, I developed a knack for writing in different styles for different people.
Returning to local news, I became Content Editor of the weekly Crawley News, leading a team of five reporters, before moving into PR. Having worked in the press offices of Southern Water and Cats Protection I have in-depth experience in the business and charity sectors.
My love of words makes copywriting my greatest passion and I have written websites, brochures and other material for a wide range of different businesses including the travel, catering, weddings and manufacturing industries.
I live near Brighton, Sussex, with my husband and our two little boys.
